　特性及适用范围：　　是空淬硬化热作模具钢，适用于作铝合金压铸模、热挤压和穿孔用的工具和芯棒、模锻锤锻模、压力机锻模、高速精锻模和塑压模等；亦被用作飞机、火箭等耐热400～500 ℃工作温度的结构零件。　
　化学成份：　　碳 C ：0.33～0.43 　　硅 Si：0.80～1.20 　　锰 Mn：0.20～0.50 　　硫 S ：≤0.030 　　磷 P ：≤0.030 　　铬 Cr：4.75～5.50 　　镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.25 　　铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.30 　　钒 V ：0.30～0.60 　　钼 Mo：1.10～1.60 　
　力学性能：　　硬度：退火,≤235HB,压痕直径≥3.95mm 　　
热处理规范及金相组织：　　热处理规范：淬火,790±15℃预热，1000±6℃(盐浴)或1010±6℃(炉控气氛)加热，保温5～15min,空冷，550±6℃回火。　　
交货状态：钢材以退火状态交货。
