SKD12 高级冷作模具钢

　　牌号：SKD12 　　钢种：高级冷作模具钢　　热处理硬度：58-61HRC 　　执行标准：JIS G4404：2000 　　对应美国牌号：A2 　　对应英国牌号：BA2 　　对应法国牌号：2231Z100CDV5 　　SKD12属空淬模具钢，具有深的空淬硬化性能，这对于要求淬火和回火之后必须保持其形状的复杂模具是极为有益的。该钢由于空淬引起的变形大约只有含锰系油淬工具钢的1/4，耐磨性介于锰型和高碳高铬型工具钢之间，其韧性比任何一种都好，特别适合于要求具备好的耐磨性同时又具有特殊好的韧性的工具，广泛用于下料模和成形模、轧辊、冲头、压延模和滚丝模，也用于某些类型的剪刀片。
用途
　　适用于各种五金冷冲模，以及承受较大冲击的大型复杂冲载模。

特点

热处理
　　退火：1、800-850oC缓冷 2、球化退火工艺　　淬火：940-960oC空冷　　回火：180-220oC空冷 HRc=60-64 510-520oC空冷 HRc=57-60
物理性能
　　SKD12钢的临界温度示于表2-4-2，密度为7.84t/m3；质量定压热容cp为460.55J/(kg·K)；弹性模量为203000MPa。
