　　M202奥地利百禄优质预加硬塑胶模具钢，M202钢硬度及结构均匀，切削及抛光性能优异，适合火花机操作，可作火焰加硬，表面镀铬及氧化处理。硬度与金相结构均匀，经特殊热处理加硬至29-33HRC，切削性能及抛光性能优异，可用火焰硬化，镀硬铬及氮化处理。　　出厂状态：退火，最高硬度235HB 　　钢材特性：具有高温耐磨性，热强度高。抛光及切削容易，可表面氮化，火花机加工　　用途：适合各种热作用途，如压铸模，热合金或金属挤压模，射咀，射筒，热剪刀，塑胶模，螺丝丝头之模具均可。
热处理工艺
　　出厂状态：预加硬至950-1050N/mm²(29-33HRC) 　　锻制：1050-850℃炉中冷却。　　退火：800-900℃空冷。　　淬火：850-900℃冷却。　　化学成分(%): 　　C :0.40 　　Mo :0.2
Mn :1.5 　　Cr :2.0 　　Si :0.3 　　S :0.028
