S45C出厂状态	140~170HBS，167~229HBS，200~270HBS
S45C特性应用	大同产S45C高级中碳结钢系调质钢，是采用纯氧转炉冶炼的全静钢，结构优良组织均匀，综合力学性能良好，耐磨性、强度较高，但S45C碳素钢淬透性差，不过无回火脆性，切削性能尚可。 S45C中碳钢一般在正火或淬火、回火下使用，主要用于制造有耐磨性要求，动载荷及冲击作用不大的机械加工件和弹簧件，如模架、齿轮、拉杆、轧辊、轴、摩擦盘等。
